Tech Home Help is owned and run by Rick Burrows. Working from his home office in Baulkham Hills on Sydney’s Northern Suburbs, for the past 15+ years Rick has been providing technical support and computer repairs for all devices including laptops, tablets, TVs and mobile phones.
Having migrated from England in 2006, technology became increasingly important to Rick as a means of communication with his family back home. After going through many hours of computer tuition with his father, Rick wished that he had a trustworthy contact in the U.K. who could provide one-on-one training for his dad. This lead to the realisation that there must be many people – both young and old – without access to a family member to offer the same assistance. Hence, Tech Home Help was born.
